Available table’s bed type for fiber laser cutting machine

Generally speaking, there are 3 types of fiber laser machine’s table bed:  Pipe welding working bed for fiber laser cutting machine, plate welding bed for fiber laser cutting machine and cast iron working bed for fiber laser cutting machine.  More information will be given as following.

Pipe welding bed, as its name shows,  this bed of fiber laser cutting machine is made of pipe, then welded into bed.  For low power fiber laser cutting machine(such as 500W fiber laser cutting machine, 750W fiber laser cutting machine and 1000W fiber laser cutting machine), Whatever stability, accuracy or other function,  pipe welding bed is enough to meet requirement during metal or steel’s cutting/engraving process.  Pipe welding bed is competitive,  which can lower whole cost of machine.  So when fiber laser’s power is not large, pipe welding bed is the best choice for you to both getting accuracy and save money.

Plate welding bed,  this type is made of solid steel plate then welded into bed, so price is much higher than pipe welding bed, also stability accuracy is higher than pipe welding bed.  But when working under low power fiber laser cutting machine, difference between them can be neglected. But when fiber laser cutting machine’s power is high such as 3000KW fiber laser cutting machine,  plate welding bed’s advantage is obviously showed in stability, accuracy etc.

Casting iron bed, this type is the highest price bed, theoretically,  stability and accuracy etc. are all perfect. But theory is just theory,  many fiber laser cutting machine manufacturers claimed cast iron bed is used into fiber laser cutting machine. But in fact, because casting technology is not easy to mast, really can’t image a professional fiber last cutting machine with mature casting technology. Too many impurities when casting, though casting iron bed, too fragile,  their stability even cant catch above 2styles.

Ruijie’s fiber laser cutting machine’s bed are made of pipe welding bed or plate welding. Low power fiber laser cutting machine’s bed is made of pipe welding one, high power fiber laser cutting machine’s bed is made of plate welding one.
